How to Manage and Negotiate your Environment Protection Licence

What are the Recent Legislative Changes that will affect Licence Holders

 

This webinar will cover management, negotiation, dealing with the EPA and practical issues in operating with Environment Protection Licences (EPL) and its variation.  Learn the changes to EPL compliance and add-ons such as PIRMPs and the coming Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Plans (CCMAPs).  ASBG's webinar will over 3 session cover what sites require an EPL, typical conditions and what is required to meet them, but also how to write corporate documentation so your site has more control over how it complies with the EPL and other environmental law.  After EPA inspections of your site, you can be hit with reporting, EPL changes, PRPs and even Show Cause requirements regarding EPA concerns over your site’s maintenance and or operational efficiency.  Using better negotiating practices can greatly help in avoiding difficult conditions. A number of case studies are provided to assist you to avoid issues and comply better.   How to set up the sites environmental management practices to minimise the risk of EPL non-conformance. The webinar will also focus on how to negotiate your variations to your EPL conditions.
