This seminar will review the many environmental legal obligations on holders of Environment Protection Licences (EPL) with the EPA and others, such as the Risk Based Licensing system, website monitoring data publishing and Pollution Incident Response Management Plans (PIRMP), expected compliance and future regulatory changes. Tightening of EPLs is occurring in a gradual manner led by air pollution limits. Recent changes by SafeworkAustralia to TWAs is occurring and this has the potential to spill into air pollution control withing both safety and environmental controls and conditions.
