Follow up Conference - 7 November 2013 - Sydney

Now that the new Assessment of Contaminated Sites NEPM is available, there are the issues on how it is being implemented. In addition, there are many other new developments underway in the management of contaminated land. This conference is specifically aimed at land owners, environmental professionals and others dealing in contaminated land management.

This is a follow up conference on current and breaking contaminated land issues largely focusing on NSW issues. Topics covered include, new environmental legislative changes, including NEPM changes, property laws impacts, CLM Act updates and policy issues. It will also cover NEPM EILs, on-site treatment, asbestos contamination, waste disposal market changes, service station site remediation and how to manage contaminated site contracts.
