This seminar overviews the EPA’s proposed Risk Based Environment Regulatory Framework. This new approach will review all Environment Protection Licences using a Risk Assessment process. Outcomes of the process will affect future licence conditions such as monitoring, inspection rates and fees. Key issues to be discussed include:
